How To Properly Prepare For Next Year Part 1.

2025! It's coming and coming soon.

We are close to the ending of this year (2024) and headed into quickly into the next, (2025), which will come with its share of opportunities, challenges, and issues. And the best way to approach the New Year is to be prepared for it as best as we can. Preparation is key!

How do we prepare for a time we have never seen before? Things are happening in the world at a very rapid speed, We need to set goals and focus on what is necessary, or what we would like to accomplish. In other words, we should never just wait until time rolls up on us, and then attempt to handle things as they may come. We should find time to sit with pen and paper and write down the things we hope to accomplish, the sooner the better.

Where should we start? Well, we should start with God! We should make our number one priority to draw more closer to Him next year. This means that we should purpose to make time for reading our Bibles and prayer each day. This will give us great understanding and peace regardless of the issues we may, and most likely, will face next year. God's Word gives us a peace that passes all understanding, insights into the future, comfort, strength, faith, and hope. So, make this your priority and place it at the top of your goals list.

Second, take some time to consider what else you may desire to accomplish next year. Is it your goal to have a closer relationship with your spouse, or with your family? Write it down, and ask yourself how you can do that. Write down some things you intend to do to ensure that your goal becomes a reality.

Do you desire to increase financially? That is a worthy goal. Write it down. Now ask yourself what you intend to do, or perhaps how you can work towards that end. Do you need to work a second job, or do you need to get further education? Do you need to start an online business? There is a lot of money in that too. It is one thing to write that you will increase financially next year, but you also need a plan to make that desire a reality. So consider and ponder what you can do to prosper. Here is something you can consider: What can you do that will prove to be helpful to others, something that they need, and that they will have no problems paying you for? Being of service to others is always the key to actually increasing in tremendous ways.

Take the time to consider what you would like to accomplish in 2025. Write those goals down, then focus on how you, with God's help can reach those goals. This will help you tremendously as you approach next year. Do so with joy, excitement, faith, and purpose. You will be glad you did!
